I demod several dacs including MSB Discrete, Tambaqui, Chord Dave, Weiss DAC501, Lab12 Dac 1 Reference, T&A DAC 200 in search of the most organic, non-digititus yet still dynamic presentation I could find at the pricepoint and found the Le Dac 2 to be the best all-round and most analogue-sounding. Superb detail levels, thrilling dynamics and energy, authoritative bass, perfectly-timed, natural sound across a wide and deep stage which never failed to tug at my emotions.
