| Purchased fairly recently and what a surprise this amplifier delivers sonically - it may "only" offer 35 Watts of RMS power but these are big hitter watts and the sound level achieved feels way more than the figures suggest. I originally planned to use the Musical Fidelity to replace a separate pre-amp/power-amp set up due to a issue with my Mark Levinson pre-amp but that turned out to be a red herring and the AMS-35i is now surplus to my needs. The sound of this amplifier is buttery smooth but full of detail with a very realistic sound stage.
