This is a high quality dac and fully featured (and excellent sounding) preamp as well. Lots of reviews available online. It has a highly detailed but also fatigue free sound.

One mark on the input selector which can be seen in the photos, otherwise perfect condition. Manual, remote and power cord included. I do not have the original box but it will be sent securely packed.
