| These were the last active speakers Meridian made with analogue inputs so you can use a phono stage or external dac etc, later ones were digital only.
These speakers have a built-in DAC, which is actually very good despite its age, which I’ve been feeding with a WiiM pro into the coax as a discreet looking streaming system. There’s also an optical input which I used for the tv, and I had a phono stage into the analogue inputs.
They have a built in pre amp and each speaker has 3 class AA mono amplifiers inside.
