These were originally bfa to banana factory terminated when new. They were professionally re terminated at one end with chord banana plugs by a dealer (instead of being retu

ed to the Chord factory for re termination) and therefore they do not have the full branded shrink wrap at one end.

I have had two sets of these chord signature speaker cables, the others being all original; they all sound exactly the same. Chord will refinish the cable if required in the future.
